We had to take our boy Scruffy in last Monday evening and we knew in our hearts we would be saying goodbye. Emily and the team that night were amazing, what was a heartbreaking time for us was dealt with with dignity, respect and such kindness. We were never rushed and everything was explained thoroughly. I have been a customer here for 10 years and must say I have only received the highest quality of service and care. They saved the life if my cat Phoebe when she was only 14weeks old. Other practices simply said "Oh dear, sorry can't help, it's Sunday" Highly recommend. Plus thier fees are reasonable.
