
I am very disappointed with your vets actions
I was told that subscription to pet health club would save me money so I joined on a monthly basis, after attending one of his heath club and looking at Watson the nurse
Decided she would get a vet to look at his ears, she walked in to the room looked inside and told her there’s nothing wrong , I joined this pet health club to save money
Then I was billed with a vet consultation that I didn’t ask for ( very expensive for 15 seconds work )
I then decided after being billed for this ( I didn’t need the pet health club anymore as I will be billed ,
Then I’ve received a bill for over £80 for stopping the heath club ( that was offered to me to save money) all it’s done has cost me money for nothing from yourselves
Then you sent it to a collection agency ( absolutely shocking behaviour) from a vets I’ve
Used for nearly 20 years
You have now lost a long term customer and I will be moving my dog Watson to another vets
All I can see is shaw vets have turned into a money grabbing business and you don’t care about your customers
