I have used this practice for several of my pets. The receptionist, Vet Nurses and Vets have always been compassionate, helpful and very knowledgeable. They take time to get to know the animal and to reassure them. I feel very safe using them.

The treatment is ok and the staff are friendly which is why they get any stars at all. The problem is they seem to take advantage of lack of competition as a policy. I cannot drive due to illness so this vet is my only option. I expect to get my license next year and I will be going elsewhere when I can. I have spoken to other dog owners in the village and many travel as far as Woodley to vets after experiencing this practice. I am saddened to say this practice seems to make charges up they go along. My dog has had treatments on holiday at Pets at Home where 1 visit on a drop in is enough. This vet requires 3 booked visits & 60% more money for the same outcome. I have raised this and have not received an adequate explanation. My dogs well being is my priority. He finds visiting vets stressful so keeping the number of visits down is better for him & me. The money is secondary but when can drive I will use Pets at Home. Not good enough I am afraid and I feel exploited.

Always friendly, efficient and fairly priced. The best vets I've experienced so far.
