Firstly, the reception staff always offer a warm and friendly welcome. I’ve never had to wait too long for my pets to be seen and the vets are always friendly and helpful too. I’ve previously had a very bad experience with a corporate vet and much prefer to use an independent practice. Southmoor offer a great service; they have a wealth of facilities, local out of hours, their communications are brilliant and their staff are knowledgeable, helpful and caring. Throughly recommended!

My semi-feral cat had his parasite check which is a free service. He was examined thoroughly by lovely vet Emily, given a treat to lick and expertly put back in his basket in a stress free way. I was most impressed.

My dogs are always dealt with in a efficient and professional way, their treatments and conditions are always explained to me and my options. All staff are caring and friendly It's very important to me that my dogs see the vet I request as continuity is of upmost importance.
