    All the staff at the practice were helpful and friendly. The consultation was thorough and the vet was very approachable.

    One and a half hours on hold just to try and get an appointment and another half an hour earlier in the day is ridiculous. Called another local vet, got through in less than a minute and got an appointment for the next day. Lost me as a customer, will be moving all three of my dogs.
