Having visited both the Lydney and Hartpury clinics with our poorly pooch we were incredibly impressed with the care and compassion shown to us all. Hartpury even have a special room set up for that saddest day when the end comes. We were able to take our time saying goodbye and everything was done with such care and consideration. I can’t thank these angels in scrubs enough for how they helped us through our difficult times.

A lovely warm welcome from reception staff who are very informative. Excellent service from clinicians where everything was explained thoroughly I would definitely recommend this veterinary practice to friends and family. One happy dog and one happy owner.

Friendly, kind, helpful staff. Took time with our dog. Explained clearly what issue was, explained some of the costs but aware items are expensive so advised about other products similar etc clean reception. Not many others in at the same time which made it feel calm. You can explain if your animal is reactive to others and they will advise a suitable appointment.
