I really don't like to write negative reviews but I feel I must in this case. I had heard a lot of good things about this vet so decided to bring my puppy here. His first injection was done by the breeder, and I had his second injection done at Swinfen vets. He was weighed (for worming tablets) and was given his second injection. I was a little concerned that he wasn't given a check-up but I thought the vet probably thought this was done when he had his 1st injection. Took him back a couple months later for more worming tablets and his six monthly check-up, He was weighed for his worming tablets. The vet kept calling my puppy she (he's a boy), he checked his teeth, asked me if he was eating well, any signs of diarrhoea and I think he felt his body. He didn't check his eyes, ears, heart, micro chip, check his balls had dropped or check his bum/anal glands. I walked out feeling a little shocked and ripped off. Sorry, will not be going back again. I will add they are very friendly and welcoming.

The service was second to non. The vet was very tentative and gave Barkley a thourgh examination explaining everything as he went along and reassured us there wasn't anything seriously wrong with him. After handing us the medication, the vet said if we are still concerned after the 10 day course to go back and he would give another course of tablets. Thank you for putting our minds at rest that Barkley should be fine.
