  Dreadful place. Joined their pet club and due to my father in law dying and their automated messages not received, I didn't pick up my worm and flea treatment that i had paid for. So instead of giving me what i had paid for! They said no sorry, i wasn't to receive anything! I wasn't refunded the £75 was owed. No sympathy, had to chase twice to get this reply. They offered me a £10 refund instead! I just wanted the flea treatment I had paid for and owed, but no. I'm going to seek legal advice now, as this is theft! Absolutely appalled by the Wootton Bassett team . Hence, I'll be leaving asap and joining another vets.

  I have a very beautiful rescue dog and I am doing all I can to keep her but it's so worrying day to day if she needs veterinary help. I give her everything as regards good diet, exercise but I just couldn't afford emergency treatment. I can only ask for PDSA help.
