Making the decision to put my 14 year old fur baby to sleep was the hardest decision I have ever made. Karen came to our home where me and my 3 sons were able to sit around our beloved dog Theo and reassure him, talk to him and smooth him so he knew we were with him for his journey over the rainbow bridge. Karen made the whole experience personable and helped us and reassured us through every step. We have a jar with his fur to keep and his paw print that we cherish, Karen even sent us a hand written condolence card with the most lovely words. I just want to say thank you for making this heart breaking decision we had to make, calming, caring and peaceful

We would both like to thank Karen for being caring, empathetic and kind and giving our special dog, Boni a pain free and calm ending, at home, that she deserved. Karen was professional, understanding and made an exceptionally difficult day, the best it could possibly be. She guided us through every moment and went at our own pace.We cannot recommend her highly enough. Thank you for everything you did.

Thank you for enabling us to give our lovely boy Bailey a calm, pain free, full of love ending, in his own home, on his own bed, surrounded by his family. Thank you for your professional yet caring demeanour at such an incredibly difficult time for our family. Bailey was our world and you enabled us to give him the ending he deserved. From the bottom of our now broken hearts, thank you.
