The Laminitis Clinic

The Laminitis Clinic is an independent equine veterinary facility in Chippenham, Wiltshire, specialising in the treatment of horses with hoof problems. Most cases involve laminitis, acute and chronic founder, sinking syndrome, and Cushing's disease. The clinic also provides imaging and laboratory services.

Established in 1988, this is the only veterinary facility in the UK dedicated solely to equine hoof conditions. Most cases are referred by other veterinary surgeons, and the clinic offers a telephone advice line and an X-ray reporting service for distant practitioners.
