Clean waiting area with plenty of seating. Very friendly reception staff. Vet was great at explaining everything and took very good care of my boy... He only needed boosters but the level of care was superb.

We visited this week for our Frenchie Walter to have his annual vaccinations. He gets very anxious so Chelsea the vet took her time, allowing him to sniff around and chatting to keep him calm before giving his injection. This was very much appreciated by myself. Hopefully, if/when we attend the vet's again, Chelsea will be available to look after us.

Our cat Stormy (sometimes known as KitKat) has recently moved to this vet because our old vet which was located within a big brand pet store, were more interested in sales than in care. Having moved him here they have not tried to pressure us into buying anything and surprisingly we buy more here than at our previous place!! Our cat loves the raw food diet and the vet lets him wonder around in the room to get used to it when we're there before getting started with the actual visit. I see the way they treat the dogs that come in (haven't seen other cats yet so can't comment on that) and the receptionist remember the dogs and often give little treats or cuddles. Amazing service and yes slightly more expensive but well worth it. Off there again today for his vaccinations.
