The Visit Vet is a mobile veterinary service covering Carlisle and Annandale, part of the Pets at Home Vet Group. It provides home-visit consultations for companion animals, with laboratory services, pet health plans, surgery and emergency cover available.

Founded in November 2020 by Liz Shepherd, a vet with experience in mixed practice since 1997, the service was designed to reduce the stress that clinic visits can cause for some animals.
