  This is by far the best vets we have used. Reasonable prices, amazing service. I trust them entirely to care for my dogs that mean more to me than words can describe. After my small dog was neutered there wasn't even a scab and she recovered so quickly without complications, perfect.

  Our first time visiting Woodbridge Vets with our dog reactive German Shepherd. Everyone we have spoken to from our initial phone call has been friendly helpful and efficient. Our appointment was made at a quiet time at the surgery (and waiting room!) and we were able to go straight into our appointment. Lizzie was great and successfully tricked Bella into thinking she was just getting fuss and cuddles from her new friend and not unnerved by an 'examination'. She discussed and explained everything extremely thoroughly so we felt totally clear and happy about the treatment strategy we decided between us. 2 vets ago when we lived in a different part of the country we had an extremely negative experience with a vet and this has left us very cautious. In over 40 years of having dogs and cats we have never felt so considered and involved as just now by Lizzie especially, but by everyone and the general atmosphere at the surgery. Bella, was the most relaxed she's ever been at a vets the whole time. Absolutely excellent service so far. We have no hesitation in recommending the customer care we've received and we feel very positive about a complete recovery on Bella's part.
