Thank you to all at Three Valley's - Fivemiletown, especially Brian and Sharon who looked after Rosie when she was spayed. You've looked after Rosie since we rescued her and helped us return her to great health after her horrible start in life with previous owners. From start to finish the treatment is animal focused, as it should be, with Rosie's welfare the key factor in every decision. All staff treat her with complete respect and care and help us as pet owners know what is best for her. I was especially impressed with the follow up call the next morning to check on her welfare the morning after her operation, and this is before her official check up post op - that is a level of care that owners are very assured by. You've also provided excellent care for Rosie's sister (Kitty - our cat) who was also spayed at this vet surgery. Thank you again and I can fully recommend this surgery to anyone and this was after me thoroughly researching all vet's in the area for my pets.
