Wonderful veterinary practice! Friendly and extremely professional/knowledgeable staff. We were made to feel very welcome, and a treat given to my foster dog on leaving. He loved it there too! 😁🐾

Took our beloved Narla there last night, we are on holiday, they were superb, very caring and professional. Cannot say how glad her last time with us was conducted so well

The most incredible team of ladies!! The whole team are warm, welcoming, friendly, patient, kind, caring and compassionate. My beautiful girl Jinny was seen by Lydia twice originally, who is always lovely, friendly and gentle, before we then decided Jinny needed an X-Ray as her issues need further investigation. On the day of Jinnys X-Ray I was so upset at the thought of leaving her I could barely get my words out. The lady at reception was patient and offered tissues whilst giving me the time to talk, then that was the first time I met Alex- She is the biggest credit to this Veterinary Practice. Alex talked me through how Jinny would be sedated, and talked me through the care Jinny would receive whilst I wasn’t there. She listened to my irrational fears of leaving Jinny and allowed me the time to talk everything through properly. Alex called me throughout the whole day, updating me with every single process, so I knew where Jinny was, when she had been sedeated, when she had been X-Rayed and immediately when Jinny woke up. Unfortunately the news was the worst case scenario and I only had 6 short days left with my beautiful girl. The vet who called to deliver the news did it with care and compassion and on picking Jinny up, Alex again was so patient and kind. Over the 6days I had to go back and forth to the vets or to make calls and everyone I had dealings with was incredible. On the day Jinny was taken to be put to sleep, Alex had made up a room to allow me the time and space I needed to say goodbye properly. She had made it up with lovely soft blankets and left us for a while. The vet who then came to Put Jinny to sleep- Teagen was the kindest lady. She talked me through the process and explained everything in detail. She explained every single step and answered any questions I had. Her and Alex made Jinny as comfortable as they possibly could and the whole process could not have gone any better. It was calm, peaceful, and Jinny went with the absolute best care. Alex worked later that evening to see Jinny come in, and to wait until after I had left. I would never ever use another vets and could not recommend these ladies highly enough! Thank you all so much ✨
