Absolutely disgusted on how my decreased cat and myself were treated at such a difficult time! When we arrived to this vets with my beautiful girl in a box ready to be collected by the pet cremation people, a receptionist who at the time was serving another lady excitedly asked what we had in the box like we had brought in a cake for them… Then I asked her to phone me or let me know when my girl had been collected but she didn’t, then we didn’t get notified when she was ready to be collected the following week or this Friday when her paw print had arrived!!! Avoid them at all costs! I’ve given one star else it wouldn’t let me post

We came away on holiday from Norfolk with our little dog Teddy. The day after we got here we noticed that our Teddy had badly damaged his dew claw. Later that afternoon we phoned Torbridge vets and they couldn't have been any more helpful if they'd tried. They took us through a triage over the phoned and offered us some overnight solutions. Then booked us in to see the vet 1st thing the following morning. On arrival in the morning we were greeted by very compassionate receptionist who offered us a seat. The vet called us in almost immediately and was so caring towards Teddy. She took him out the back to clean his claw and returned very quickly announcing "all done for you. He was more worried about me cleaning it than he was about me removing it" We were billed considerably less than 3 figures and then wished a happy onward holiday and told if we had any further worries just to get in touch.
