Took my two kittens for their first appointment, injections, chip and check up. Service was 100% although your unable to go in with your pets. The vet and receptionist were very helpful. Here's to the next appointment.

Since this vet has been taken over by Medi-vets, the vets are constantly changing and never seem to know the history of my pet, they get the age, colour and name wrong. Are they reading the notes for my pet or another animal. When Vaughan Jones was there it was great, not anymore, oh and the prices have gone up.

Booked 5 days in advance to make sure we had a spot for a simple second injection for our dog we arrived 10 mins earlier to ensure we were on time yet we have waited an 1hr+ in a hot car with a restless dog, not so great for a first experience. Hope for better in the future UPDATE : it’s been an hour apparently they looked for us that could not if been the case as we were waiting outside, and we can’t have the injection anyway as the vets gone home and they didn’t notify us of this. Would never recommend
