Our Collie Cross Spot recently had a Rhinoscopy at Warren House. We were very comfortable and confident with the consultation with Gary. Spot can be nervous around new people, on each of his 2 trips, he was relaxed with all of the team which was very reassuring. Spot recovered very quickly from the procedure and was bouncing around being his happy lively self within a few hours of being home. Communication with Gary and his team has been great, everyone is very friendly and helpful, making what could be challenging for Spot and ourselves a straightforward process.

Akira had to have a cryptorchind laparoscopic surgery for one retain testicle. I was super anxious and worried as this is our first surgery. Warren vets have always been amazing with Akira, he was great when we dropped him off and I know he was a dramatic queen post surgery. Each visit for checking his recovery has been stellar, they listened to my worries and he was happy with any interaction for his check ups. Highly recommend we are on the petplan and did get 20% discount. Surgical scarring has disappeared.

Our Cavapoo called Ruby recently had a laparoscopic Spay and I couldn’t fault the people at Warren House for looking after her, they kept in contact with us throughout the day to let us know how she was. Obviously the Surgery is more expensive but definitely worth it as it’s less invasive and recovery time is quicker. I can’t even see where the surgery site was.
