Thank you so much for the excellent care you gave us during this difficult time with Rico. You are the best vet I have ever dealt with. You are compassionate and professional. Thank you.

I would like to thank Ailsa for giving our very precious little dog Peanut a calm and peaceful passing to Rainbow Bridge. Ailsa went out of her way to visit us at home when the time came for Peanut to say goodbye. Thankyou Ailsa for your love and kindness we are so very grateful.

I'm tearing up now thinking about Ailsa's total compassion when it came to putting our little cat to sleep very recently. I still can't quite believe how calm and kind she was, you can tell she is also a huge animal lover and spoke about her own animals as beloved parts of her family unit. Honestly, it was the gentlest end to our Winnie's suffering. She was just curled up on our bed as we stroked her and barely noticed Ailsa there as she was whispering and tiptoed in. She administered the sedative, patiently waited downstairs while we said our goodbyes, came back up when we were ready and gave her the finishing medication. Ailsa then took Winnie away and very kindly hand delivered us her ashes in a beautiful box, with paw prints and more, some days after. The most dignified ending and process, which comforted us to no end as we were terrified of Winnie being scared at the end. What more can you ask for? Thank you so much Ailsa!
