All the staff, and Ellie, who my cat (Garfield) was seen by, are absolutely brilliant, so friendly, professional, kind and caring. Just occurred to me I haven't written a review yet, so am correcting that now. Sadly our previous vet surgery went downhill, but we saw Lisa there at an appointment as a visiting vet. She was fantastic and we joined her surgery as soon as it opened. All the staff at Vethouse Arundel are amazing, and the surgery itself is such a lovely place. We keep rats, and we've found in the past that some places only begrudgingly treat them, but we've never felt like that here. We highly recommend Lisa and her team, and Crackers the rat highly recommends the liver paste treat that he was kindly given 🧡
