Another good experience at Vets for Pets. Vets are kind and knowledgable. The reception staff are so supportive and frendly. The shop staff helped me carry the cats boxes to the car!

My dog went over the rainbow bridge om Monday, the experience I had was so dignified and respectful to me and my dog. I could not of asked for better vet and nurses and reception staff everyone was absolutely amazing. thank you so much for making a horrible situation better.

Wanted to bring all 4 of my pets to this practice, following a moce from London. Called on the day of the visit, 2 hours before the scheduled appointments for 3 of the cats (annual booster)- unfortunately my father left the back door open by mistake and they all escaped (they are outdoor cats) and got grief from receptionist that I have now wasted 45 min of vets time and if I want to rebook she won’t do all 3 cats at the same time (as “punishment?”) only 2, so I would have to do the journey twice- when I questioned this I was told, ok fine, she can do 3 cats if I guaranteed to show up this time (as I have been “a bad girl?”) I said I cannot guarantee because life happens and something else may come up that will force me cancel. Decided not to proceed at all, will be finding a different vet- I don’t appreciate being punished like a school girl, and unfortunately this is how it felt. So sorry vets for pets Bicester but you have lost a customer. I have an booked with you for the fourth pet, but I won’t show up and I won’t even call you this time. Terrible terrible service, please retrain your reception staff as they seemed to forget their job is customer service, and not deciding how to punish customers
