I have been visiting for over 8 years now with my retired greyhound King. Having lived in Chelmsford and are now based on Canvey Island I still visit V4P as my primary vet.
I was fortunate back in 2015 to sign on for their "Vac4Life" programme and have thus saved a packet over the 8 years I've had him on his injections. However, having adopted an Irish ex-racing dog I have certainly made up for those savings in other aliments & maladies draining my income.
The front of house staff, the nurses and the vets have always been a pleasure to deal with and always treated King with utmost respect and care. This was particularly apparent recently when he had to have a toe amputated at the grand age of 14 years 3 months wherein he required multiple visits and become a celebrity.
The treatment plan was discussed at length trying various avenues before resorting to general anesthetic. He pulled through and has gone on to make a tremendous recovery. They gave me friend back and for that I am enormously grateful.
