a year agoI have been begging to register my dog with them and enrol on the complete care plus plan and they haven't added me as customer. I have filled the form, sent email, went to the vet to make clear that I would like to enroll on the plan, it's more than a week now and nothing was done. I have never seen so much dismissed people with a customer. My dog needs an appointment, I have asked to book an appointment despite of the plan and they also refused to book saying that my dog is not registered with them but they keep postponing to register my dog for days!! I am speechless with their service.
