New slogan - where Vets lunch breaks come before animal care or where Vets like to leave early for their lunch and it doesnt matter about your pet. We care for your pets as long as your not 3 minutes late and the Vet wants to leave early for her lunch. Then we really don't care about your sick animal. Appointment today at 1.45pm- arrive 1.48pm, incredibly rude receptionist disappears to speak with the Vet- returns at 1.51 pm to say vet is now going on her lunch, your dog will have to wait for its injection, come back at 3.15. We had been 3 minutes late. Regarless of the hours in the past we have sat waiting for our appointments to be told your 3 minutes late which means the Vet can no go on her lunch 9 minutes early, so your dog cant have its injection. The receptionist also lied and claimed the appointment was missing in the diary - even after showing the text messages an emails from VETS for pets about the appointment. Local service gone wrong of a big franchisee or a franchisee that really doesnt care - disgrace.
