I have been with this veterinary practice for over 10 years, mainly seeing Katherine for annual check-ups and boosters for my Cats At the end of last year, my male cat Wilson became unwell due to kidney failure. The care, help, and support Katherine and her staff provided during this incredibly difficult time was truly amazing. Wilson’s condition deteriorated very quickly, and I sadly had to say goodbye to him. The trust I had in Katherine to help Wilson pass was second to none. She made the process as peaceful and dignified as possible. This was my first experience losing a pet, and I didn’t know what to expect. Katherine gently talked me through every stage and explained exactly what would happen, which brought me so much comfort. Just three days later, my cat Willow had to have her eye removed due to an existing condition. Despite everything happening so close together, the care Willow received was outstanding, I wouldn’t have trusted anyone else with her. The procedure was explained to me in detail, and I was fully prepared for what to expect. The support, patience, and understanding shown to pet owners is exceptional (especially for someone like me who asks a lot of questions etc, that alone deserves 5 stars!, I’m not the easiest person to deal with, haha) We Thank you katherine for everything you all do, and the ongoing care you give to my furbabies First pic is my Late Wilson and second pic is willow after her eye removal, she looks amazing

The only reason i've gave two stars in for the fact one of the nurses seen us pretty quick when my labradors stitches started to undo. Prior to that we seen a vet regarding a lump on our dogs leg. It was biopsied and became increasingly worse after the biopsy to a point it burst and abscessed. My labrador was 8 years old usually fit and well. The biopsy showed a mast cell tumour allegedly quite advanced. We paid for the biopsy and the surgery/previous consultations around £2000 if not more. We felt extremely preassured that it would be in dogs best interest for futher blood tests and biospys to find the primary cancer. Of course it would for a further if not hundreds or thousand pounds. The vet came across really off when we decided to proceed with pain management, after extensive research and alternative vet advice told us she wasnt going to get any better... 4 months later our dog sadly died. Previous attendances even resulted in the receptionist telephoning us once we'd got out the practice because she'd gave us the wrong medication and undercharged us. We've since got a new dog and have absolutely avoided this surgery at all costs. There was one particular nurse who was lovely, I cant recall her name but she was so kind and compassionate.

Amazing team Katherine/eleana and all the staff are great with my Lolly they give her lots of attention even thought she may be a bit antisocial, Lolly recently needed X-rays from lameness they explained everything that would happen and rang me straight away with a plan going forward which was greatly appreciated. Me and Lolly wouldn’t go anywhere else keep up the great work guys xx
