Excellent service. We have a dog-reactive dog and they work with us every time to ensure we can get him straight into the check up room. They're sensitive and creative in ensuring our dog gets the precise care he needs and clearly care a lot about the well-being of their patients.

I cannot recommend this practice at all. I took my cat for an appointment after I realised that she had a problem with her front tooth. The vet did not check her over and didn’t look at her mouth as she was flinching but he should’ve examined her more thoroughly. He only looked at her front tooth and gave her some painkillers. He did not seem interested in following up the appointment due to the fact that she was elderly with health issues. I got very upset because I wasn’t ready to lose her but he basically told me to see how she went during the week. I had to chase a quote for the removal of the tooth and I cannot believe that they quoted £1200?! What an absolute joke. I think that this practice and the rest of this franchise rely on people having insurance it is absolutely extortionate. I went to Medivet who did the whole thing for £250 and were caring and considerate and understanding. Avoid unless you have money to throwaway. It also turned out that she got a fractured tooth at the top and an abscess that he completely missed so she was struggling all week in pain. I am furious with the service and upset that he didn’t check her over and so she must have been so upset and in pain.
