  We took our cat Ziggy to Stechford Vets for Pets this evening and were greeted warmly by the lovely receptionist, Carol, who was incredibly helpful when Ziggy’s appointment wasn’t showing on the system. Despite this, Ziggy was still seen by a wonderful vet who was very knowledgeable, friendly, and put both us and Ziggy at ease. We were extremely worried, but her calm and cheerful manner really reassured us — Ziggy must have felt it too as he was very cooperative. Great vets, lovely staff, highly recommend.

  The bigger lady who works in the dog grooming section behind the desk kicked my dog thinking I didn’t see it before handing her back over after being cut. My dog wasn’t showing any behavioural issues and the kick was uncalled for. I am furious and utterly disgusted. Imagine what they do when you’re not around. Vile woman.

  Genuinely one of the best veterinary teams I have seen with my animals. Vets, nurses & receptionists. Simin is such a wonderful vet, taking genuine interest and time to make sure she understood my concerns and then thoroughly communicating back to me what her thoughts were, next steps & results, ensuring I know at every stage what’s going on. One of the most caring vets I have ever seen. All the ladies on the reception desk are really knowledgable, helpful and also incredibly caring. The nurses ensured my cats were comfortable and ensured I had as much information as I needed/asked for. I really would recommend them to anyone.
