We have visited a couple of times during out of hours and have received excellent service both times. Pets are triaged and seen as promptly as the situation allows, staff are helpful, friendly and caring and I am thankful to have a service like this when the need arises.

My lively cocker spaniel was unable to walk and had what appears to have been a severe gastro issue. At very short notice we were seen in Cheltenham and bloods, check-up and treatment administered quickly. After 24 hours she came to, though still with very upset stomach, but the intervention was much appreciated on a Sunday morning.
