Vets now have been amazing, I honestly cannot thank the kind staff and really knowledgable vets who seem to really care, very kind and very supportive when me and my cat needed it most. I feel their research into my boys issues were thorough and I felt they really cared about him. Yes it’s expensive like the other reviews say, but I communicated my financial concerns and I felt like I was understood and I felt they supported me the best they could. I’m really pleased with their service, I wish their service was 24 hours.

Excellent service. My dog was seen by the Vet very quickly and provided all information too allow me to make a decision on treatment. The down side is that you have too pay for out of hours service but surely the Vets and Insurance companies can come too a better arrangement regarding fees and method of payment. Not sure why it costs £35 admin charge for insurance claims ?
