Staff on site were mostly good although I can't help but feel taken advantage of by the company. £350 just to open the door out of hours, it's a bit much. Total of £600 for a short visit regarding hemorrhagic gastroenteritis which got us no closer to solving the problem. Part of the treatment included £54 for a tube of probiotics, which again was a bit much, when the dog wasn't able to take them. I understand this is a vital service which the staff perform well, but the premium doesn't go to them as it should. I'll avoid these corporate-type vets in the future if I can.

Peanut came in to see Anita when he had a bout of probable constipation. Tummy problems are always worrying for rabbits but she was so patient and caring with him and gave him a very thorough examination. (And was very kind to me, who was probably more upset than the rabbit.) The care and advice she gave was spot on, and after a night of being syringe fed, Peanut was back on his feet in less than a day. All the staff were sweet and patient and friendly, and really do know rabbits.

We had to take our dog into VetsNow for emergency treatment for Acute Haemharragic Gastritis. We didn't realise how life threatening this was and that we took him in just in time. All the staff we dealt with were so kind, caring and patient. They knew how much our dog meant to us and let us come visit him and sit in his kennel/give him cuddles even though he was full of tubes/medicines and did not want to be there at all. The fees for out of hours vets are extortionate (£6500 spent so easily in only 4 days) and definitely emphasize the importance of pet insurance. The team tried to keep costs down where possible and we are so grateful for the option of them to make a direct claim with our insurance, so we didn't have to fork out £6000 cash which we don't have!! Thanks again to the team for getting our boy home alive and (nearly) well in time for Christmas!
