It's sometimes more important to give five stars to demonstrate respect than it is to write an honest opinion. I wish them well.

Whenever I call or bring the pets in there is upmost care and time given. Like any vet it is expensive. Really good service.

My Cat had to go for dental surgery. When dropping him off they took him to a quiet room to try and lower his stress levels. The likely treatment was explained to us by Catlin, the vetinary nurse, who was able to answer all our questions with alacrity and knowledge, and showed a great deal of care and empathy. After an initial investigation we were given a call with exactly what would happen and an expected final cost. When we collected him we were given a record of the treatment that had taken place and walked through a post-operative care regime. I felt confident that the issues he'd been in for had been addressed and that he had been treated with compassionate care.
