2 months agoI brought my dog in to have his nails clipped (Monday 12th morning) with my 18 month old girl who was very distressed. Reception staff were amazing and gave her something to play with to calm her. The 2 nurses who also looked after Zulu were excellent and offered to help me out to the car. From what was a very stressful beginning, I left feeling relieved and calmed thanks to the reception staff on that day and the 2 nurses for Zulu. I didn’t catch names but hopefully they see this and get some praise as it was very appreciated and what great customer service (and pet care) looks like. Thanks again
