Cannot rate thia place highly enough, stafg are wonderful so helpful and friendly and they are genuine pet lovers. On a recent visit the Georgie the vet remembered our cat as he had been in for castration a few months before. Great service and lovely store.

Honestly if I could give 0 stars I would. Not our first time using this vets in Bromsgrove and would go somewhere else. We used to bring our older dogs there but stopped when one locum vet made vile comments about one of our dogs conditions and said it was our fault they were basically dying when we were told by the same vets they didn’t need their medication. We only took our cat there because she gets nervous in the car and hates the journey. Our cat, Mia, who’s been having constant trouble now with multiple things went in the other day to have bloods and fluids done because she was unwell again. Came away with gabapentin because they couldn’t take her blood. The next day, we go back in ready to have her bloods done and go back onto fluids where the vet said that she didn’t need those and she was happy enough with her condition, even though she still had a temperature. We got prescribed steroids for her which she had trouble taking because she was unwell. My mom called up unhappy because the new vet we saw didn’t do what we previously went in for and even told my mom that Mia didn’t have a temperature and that we could come back in for another cost on top to do what they were originally supposed to do. Fast forward to yesterday and today, we transferred vets who were thorough with everything they did and kept her in overnight on fluids and did her bloods, as she had a temperature, with no improvement. Our poor mimi is now septic with fluid in her abdomen within 2 days and she had to be put to sleep. If you want a vets that will listen and not put money above your pets wellbeing and do everything for your pet, I don’t suggest this place. At. All. Avoid like the plague.

I have just had my lovely cat Mia put to sleep, and I cannot fault the vets and nurses at pets at home. I wasnt expecting this outcome today, but It was made a little easier having the professionalism of these lovely people explaining everything so clearly, and precise. We would just like to say a massive thank you to all the staff especially the vet (who i'm afraid I didn't get his name) for everything while Mia was on their books. Bless you all.
