I have registered with Vets for Pets fairly recently and have been very impressed with all the friendly and caring staff I have seen. The vets that I have consulted for my dog have been friendly and professional, taken time to expertly explain options and have gently carried out examinations and treatments. The premises are spotless and welcoming.

Once again thank you, Vets4Pets Clevedon, Dr Edita D and Dr Paul V went above and beyond to treat our beloved cat to the highest standard. The level of diagnosis speed and accuracy, the professionalism in offering as many options as possible. Being realistic in their prognosis but also with an emphatic kind tone. They did try everything that would have been humanly possible to give our beloved Cleo a fighting chance, they fought two days for her life, constantly monitoring her, keeping us up to date. And Dr Edita D is just a marvel doctor, that sees in minutes what is the possible diagnosis of our animals, as she has done in the past. We just met Dr Paul V but his approach, professionalism and gentle touch in such a delicate situation was much appreciated. Thank you to Amy, the lead nurse who kept us informed at every step and gave Cleo every help she could. Unfortunately, our little beloved Cat Cleo did lose the battle, and she died on Tuesday evening, but there would not have been anything humanly possible they could have done to revert her Acute Kidney Injury. Thank you to all the team at Vets4Pets, the whole staff there is just amazing, and hope you will remember our little precious, Cleo with endearment thoughts.

The vet killed our family pug. He went in for his teeth to be cleaned to then to told he needed 6 wobbly teeth out. Our Kenny sadly passed away following the procedure and recovery. The vet wouldn't accept any responsibility. They basically talk you into spending your money but then it's all your fault and risk. We are now hundreds of pounds out of pocket and sadly have lost our family pet. Kenny will be much missed. Don't take your pets to this vets.
