All the staff here are so so wonderful. Mum took our beloved old cat Tiger here when she showed signs of decline. It was late on a Friday, probably 6pm, when they were able to see her last minute, and they informed us unfortunately she had to be put to sleep. The staff kindly waited for me to make the 30 minute drive to say goodbye, and Sean the vet patiently answered all our questions and was so incredibly gentle with Tiger. I feel so comforted knowing her final moments were with such caring people, and I’m so thankful to them for staying behind. It meant so much to us ❤️❤️❤️
