Debbie & Steph were FANTASTIC, i cannot thank Debbie enough for helping me get an urgent apppointment for my poorly cat. She was polite, friendly and caring. Steph the vet was so understanding and i really felt like she went the extra mile to help explain things to me and gave my cat all the love during our appointment. Extremely grateful to have such effiecient but also compassionate vet team!

I moved to this veterinary practice in April this year after 40 years at my old veterinary practice. Firstly I have no idea how another reviewer has said they are expensive, they certainly haven't been to my old vets practice ! I did a spreadsheet on the costs for my old vets versus Vets for Pets and I have saved a significant amount of money by changing and I get better care for my four cats at this amazing practice. They have been fantastic for the last 6 months and this week they were tested beyond the norm with taking care of me through the rapid decline of one of my cats with kidney failure. The whole team from the receptionists to the nurses to the vets themselves were incredible and their professionalism, care, knowledge, understanding, compassion and support has been exceptional. I could not have got through this last week without the way they handled everything. I am struggling to express the depth of feeling and gratitude I have towards this practice. I am fiercely loyal and it took a great deal for me to leave my last vets after 40 years but I am so very happy that I did. So highly recommended on every level. ๐ŸŒŸ๐ŸŒŸ๐ŸŒŸ๐ŸŒŸ

I honestly cannot fault anyone in the team. Reception have always been friendly and very helpful (and funny!) The nurses we have met have been so caring and the vets we have had consultations with have mostly been brilliant. More than once we have unfortunately needed emergency appointments and we have been seen to quickly. We take our puppy here (who had a very rough start in life and Chloe the vet managed to get her referred to Langford) and we also have had to take our 5 rats here on more occasionsthan I'dlike to admit to! In our most recent visit, Kate (who has always been brilliant), went the extra mile and allowed us to request a specific medication on top of their treatment and has ordered it in for us. We are so grateful for everything they have done and I can genuinely say from our experience, we have never once felt like we have been overcharged for the care/treatment we have been given. Thank you, team...โค๏ธโค๏ธโค๏ธ
