My 8 year old British shorthaired cat is recovering very well after needing 2 teeth extractions. Once home she got through 2 ! of her favourite Jelly food pouches. Today, we had a post-post op check up and delighted to say she is doing very well. Kind and thoughtful team, explained the whole procedure from start to finish. Thank you. -

Very friendly and understanding staff, from the receptionist to the vets. I take my cats Atlas and Anakin here and they’ve always received amazing care. Atlas recently had a surgery to remove a foreign body from his tummy, the surgery went great and he recovered very quickly (you wouldn’t even know he had a surgery!). Thank you to Ben for performing the surgery, and for the whole team for treating him from start to finish. We had lots of check ups to see how he was healing, so we were confident in his recovery. They do a great job at accommodating cats, with a separate room just for cats and even a cat tree in the consultation room 😸! Their membership is great value, it’s so nice knowing we can just arrange for an appointment whenever we need to without having to worry about the initial costs every time, as well as their yearly boosters and anti parasitic medications being covered too.

I had an emergency appointment for my rabbit. I was seen really quickly and everyone was so helpful. The vet was lovely and handled my rabbit so carefully. I left feeling reassured and confident she was in the best hands. Thank you
