From my first contact, Debbie was incredibly patient and kind on the phone, answering my many questions and offering helpful advice. She clearly explained how the practice ran, which gave me confidence to book. I then met Jonathan for my horse’s dental treatment. He was friendly and funny, instantly putting me at ease. He took time to explain everything in a clear, non-technical way and offered useful advice on weight, worming and general health. He was patient with my horse (even when she was a bit rude!) but also firm when needed, which I really appreciated. Overall, I’m very impressed with my first experience - a real breath of fresh air dealing with an independent practice. Thank you!
