Absolutely 5 ⭐ I would leave 10 if I could! Our boy River was referred due to a bad break in his leg, he was seen immediately and was lovingly cared for with a successful surgery and lots of cuddles. We were given constant updates and everything was handles through insurance without us needing to do anything. Would DEFINITELY recommend Chris and his team!

Fantastic experience - all the staff were really helpful and kind at such a stressful time with my dog. The surgeon was really clear with explanations, guiding me through each step for her consultation and x-ray and thankfully when deciding she didn’t need surgery, he was really clear with explaining her issues and what the next steps were. They took really good care of my dog while in WMR care and it’s the first time she’s been to a vet practice and not been crying/scared - they gave my dog the space and time to explore a little before the consultation and it’s a very warm and inviting space. Highly recommend!

Thank you to all involved who did the operation on Bronson (Ronnie). We could not have asked for a better service. From start to finish you were very thorough and compassionate. Ronnie had the op and came home same day as he is a nervous dog. He was given amazing care whilst with The West Midlands Referral Team, this his anxiety was kept to a minimal.
