I can’t put into words how grateful we are to West Ridge vets, Winkleigh, who were so kind and compassionate when our beloved Labrador, Coco, became poorly and had to be put to sleep whilst on holiday at the end of October. It was an absolutely harrowing time but the vet, Claire Brooks and nurse Magda were just unbelievable. They did everything they could and were calm, professional and caring, despite us never having met before that terrible morning. As we cut our holiday short and returned home early, West Ridge ensured the smooth delivery of Coco’s ashes to our local vets and sent us a beautiful card with some flower seeds, Coco’s paw prints and some of her fur. The care and thoughtfulness they showed us, strangers from miles away having one of the worst days of our lives, was something we’ll never forget. Thank you so much. Tracey and Billy Poole x
