For around last 9 years, we have used this practice for our boy Reuben. Victor has been great at keeping our boy calm and relaxed every visit even through and after his operation. On Friday 22/08/2025, I rang at 17:55 asked if possible if I could get some advice even if it was to be told its the out of hours i would need to contact but I was abruptly told "No; we are closed!" I didn't know who the practice used in an emergency. I managed to get an emergency appointment with the PDSA and 2½ hours after that particular call to the vets my Reuben had to be euthanized. I have personally handed a thank you card in for the years Victor had looked after my boy. However, I did feel let down last week and didn't know where to turn. I would've given 5 stars if it wasnt for this one incident which was absolutely, devastatingly heartbreaking.

Very caring practice, used them for 16 years until we had to let our precious dog go, which was very upsetting. However can't thanks them enough for the care shown when saying goodbye to my beautiful girl last year. Victor and Pat gave me so much support when I really needed it. I have now arranged for our new puppy's first visit soon, as I wouldn't go anywhere else. Highly recommend for their advice & wonderful care.
