Literally couldn’t fault Eden Hill. From the moment you walk in you have lovely reception staff who are always welcoming, remember you and your pet and are alway conscious that you may be upset or concerned about your pet. The nurses and vets are so kind and understanding and make you feel so at ease. They always looked after my old boy until I had to let him go, and I can’t fault the treatment at that difficult time, and they are now looking after my new boy too.
