  To much information for a first visit, I ended up paying £97 ,the receptionist was telling me about pet insurance and I had to activate it asap, I asked the vet to explain the price of the different packages , I only wanted to pay for the first injection and the rest as and when , but when I went to pay I was told it was £97. Not what I expected .I asked did they have a leaflet and was asked what for , I wanted to make sure I was doing the best for my new puppy , feeding ,going out for walks ,injections etc .

  Staff all really helpful and kind very welcoming and no question is silly Would defo recommend and even though I have a vets close id rather travel to houghton pet monthly plan is worth every penny too! Lots of love and sloppy kisses bear the German shepherd

  Outstanding care by Charlotte over the past year, and compassion shown by Sophie and the nursing staff including reception on a very sad day for us today. RIP Tommy, simply the best Labrador we could have wished for. Everyone at this business, have a very high level of knowledge and customer service, and we cannot recommend them highly enough. Thank you Stu, Zoe and of course Tommy 🐾🐾❤️
