We had a sad occasion to take our fourteen and half year old retriever Hugo to Willow Vets for the last time recently. He was very poorly and going downhill. The compassion empathy and pure professionalism we received from the practice was wonderful. A special mention to Libby, Willow Vets Senior Vet was nothing short of outstanding. She had been looking after Hugo for a long time and told us we would know when the time had come, we did and Libby helped Hugo and us through this sad time. Thank you Willow Vets.
