Geoffrey Gregg
Most importantly I was happy with the treatment my precious dog Patch received for the emptying of her anal glands. However, when I mentioned there was no chair for me to sit on, no reason was given. Admittedly we were only in the room for about five minutes for the procedure, but that is not the point - I am 79 and have mobility and other health problems. No doubt if I had asked for a chair one would have been provided but surely you shouldn't have to ask in the first place - this text is meant in the nicest possible tone. Sincerely, Lord Geoffrey Gregg. P.S. We have visited all of your practices and this is the first time there has been no chair in the consulting room.
