Most of the vets are lovely! One of them can be a bit stand off ish and my dog isn't fussed on her. All the others are fab and the receptionists are always so friendly!

take me back a year I would say incredible ( great vets amazing service ) ask me now I would say money greedy and poor service worst thing that happened to woodlands was to be taken over. Gone from 10 star rating to a 1 star. not very friendly people to approach, always a big ask for a apointment and when you do get one it’s not at your registered practice on both occasions I have been forced to travel out the way to Cheltenham which makes me think what’s the point of even being registered there if that’s the case. Be careful on what you sign up for we signed up for 2 rabbits to be on there promoted pet plan and we was told that vaccinations / flee worming etc are all included, unfortunately they skipped the flea/worming but did do there vaccinations at a cost of £64.00 even tho when I questioned and signed up to the pet plan I was told it was included. Did question this and have sent several emails to cancel the plan but have been ignored constantly now I could guarantee there would be no way to cancel it and I would be fixed into a 12 month plan even tho I asked to cancel within days of taken the plan out which by law is a 14 day cooling period Another fine example of how they have gone down hill is you call for a appointment ( my dog ) and get told there is nothing they can do as there is no appointments even tho you say you do want to see a vet asap they make things up I was told call back in two hours if the problem still insists.. I called back and all of a sudden they can fit us in for appointment same day again not at our registered vets but in Cheltenham. We thought if that’s the only way we will go there under the pet plan you get free health checks so only wanted to speak to the vet as I did when I got there it lasted 1 minute in the room to be told she don’t know what’s going on and can’t see a problem but maybe take a human hay fever tablet as it could be hayfever? And said I’m free to go ( hay ever in October ?) A day later they sent me a letter in the post ?again strange for a bill of £50 which we found very bizzare for me to be able to speak to the vet for 1 min and to be told she don’t know what’s up and told me I was free to go and If we was to be worried still in a week to call back.
