  I just wanted to say how amazing Backwell vets were yesterday when we had to put our elderly cat down. They went the extra mile with kindness and support over the last 3 weeks leading to the decision to say goodbye to our very sick 16 year old cat yesterday, spirit has been coming to this practice since she was first with us and the care has been amazing. She was treated with the utmost respect and we were given time and consideration as owners. Thank you again Sez

  I can’t recommend these Vets enough they go over above. I’ve had a few issues with cat bites and also my elder cat needed a really complicated surgery that needed very precise work done around the thyroid and they were supportive throughout the whole of the procedure and the after-care was amazing. I just desperately need flea treatment to take the cats to the cattery tomorrow with busy self employed life I’ve just completely forgot to order it. I call up today and they can say I can pick it up today. I can’t recommend these people enough and Vets work really hard. They do really long hours and they are always super caring for our animals we are so lucky.
