We had to have our beautiful 15 year old tabby put to sleep just before Christmas. The whole team were lovely from the moment I called, they showed real kindness and compassion in a time of real sadness. I even received a card of condolence which was a lovely personal touch. It was very calm & quiet inside the Practice and so Teal was very laid back. He didnt flinch with his injections nor èeẁßwith having his claws clipped. We had been quite anxious about taking him into the Vet practice but we neednt have worried, he was very well behaved.
