  My dogs love the Vets! How many people can say that? We are very lucky with these vets and I always feel heard, seen, understood and reassured. Thank you for being amazing!

  The actual vets are very good with my cat but when you ring up for a appointment the receptionist is very rude this is the second time this has happened and this is the same person I spoke to, first time trying to tell me what medication my cat was on which was wrong trying to make me feel like an idiot which I'm not ,now trying to tell me that my cat's illness isn't life threating which it is .so now I'm downgrading your stars.i would like to upgrade the vets but only for the receptionist at Westbury vets and the lovely vet that I saw I think her name was Sharon I do apologize if I got your name wrong but thank you very much for all your kindness at the most difficult time. Of my life. .she was absolutely brilliant with my cat smudge who has now passed away. I've been to other vets and they are the best.so I like to say thank you again.
