The reception staff are always friendly and helpful. The vet was thorough, knowledgeable and listened to us. She was good with our dog too.

a month agoWe have used this vet for just under 13years now. It’s getting more and more expensive. Last night we waited for more than 25 minutes to be seen and even then it was only because the vet , getting ready to see another patient, realised that we were still waiting and saw us instead.

2 months agoIn general terms staff is friendly and service is good... the down side is if your pet is with a condition that requires long term or life medicine Abbey group vets will sell medicines to high end with prices 2 or 3 times more expensive than online prices and if you ask for a paper prescription the charge is £30 per medicine and only valid for one single use what is ridiculous. It's time for the government intervene and put some controls on vet charges.
